Elliott’s Craft Pizza is an independent takeaway founded by pizza genius, the eponymous Elliott Hinchliff. All his pizzas are made using organic stone milled whole grain flour in a 48 hour fermentation process. He uses the finest organic ingredients, including San Marzano tomatoes and Fior De Latte Mozzarella, to create his individual style of pizza. The unique look and taste of his creations draw on elements of Elliott’s favourite pizza styles, including Neapolitan and Romano.
Elliott needed a workhorse pizza oven that could take on the challenge of the 250-300 covers he serves on a Saturday. He also needed an oven that could produce a finished pizza product that could travel all the way to the homes of his carry out customers.
His dealers at GBT Ltd collaborated with Team LLK to hook Elliott up with our powerful Cuppone Paolo oven. The Paolo was the perfect match as it produces pizza that is not only true to Elliott’s signature style but that can handle life on the road.
His Cuppone Paolo partner coupled with his pizzaiolo prowess landed Elliott a spot as a finalist in 2019’s National Pizza Awards, proving this oven’s potential to power chefs to nationwide recognition!

Situated in Manchester Universities Student Union, 532 Bar + Kitchen is a students paradise for good quality food at low prices. The Student Union heard about LLK a year ago after visiting the LLK Demonstration Kitchen in Oldham and enlisted the help of our Technical Director, Will Pilling who has serviced a number of pieces of equipment for the Institution. The student union bars mission is to ‘offer student cheap, good value and a high quality meal that is the same standard as what you would expect from town’ states their Head Chef, Adam. When choosing their latest piece of equipment for their kitchen the 532 Bar + Kitchen opted for the Cuppone Paolo oven. This oven is a perfect match for this site that can serve up to 200-300 covers in one day. Its controllable elements with the option to switch the power from min-max during busy periods helps save valuable energy whilst not compromising on the quality.
The bar which has impressive menu of hand-stretched 12” pizzas, proudly boasts that its most popular serving is its “Formaggio Di Capra” a delicious stone baked pizza topped with ‘tomato, mozzarella, goats cheese, caramelised red onions, topped with rocket’ priced at only £6 for students, it’s easy to see why it is so popular! When asked about the service they have received from LLK over the last year Adam stated “LLK always provide a quick and reliable service, especially their service team. On occasion I have come in some mornings & equipment has already been fixed.”
