The rotating oven floor makes loading and unloading effortless, whilst maintaining an even bake throughout the oven and increasing production by up to 20%. Simple, intuitive controls mean anyone can operate it confidently, and high-grade insulation helps the oven reach and hold temperatures up to 1200°C efficiently.
Each Giovanni is hand cast in Italy from durable refractory materials, then built on site by our LLK engineers to suit your space. Choose from a standard box finish for built-in setups or a traditional dome finish for full visual impact.

This pizza oven is DEFRA approved and all wood-fired Giovanni models are exempt from provisions of section 21 of the clean air act 1993.
The rotating base makes the Giovanni incredibly easy to use. It removes the need to manage hot and cold spots or turn pizzas manually – you simply load and unload from the front. Every pizza bakes evenly, every time, making the oven perfect for both skilled chefs and less experienced teams.
Due to the size of this oven this oven is delivered in kit form and will be assembled on sit by our team of talented engineers.
