What type of operation would the Cuppone Delta pizza oven do best in?

Perfect for sites serving pizza whilst making their own breads and pastries. Pizza decks are designed for high output sites with boosted elements and sandblasted cordierite base.

What is the 3-zone control?

Traditionally, ovens get hotter at the back and cooler at the front - not in delta - with 3 zone control you can distribute the power between the front, middle & back elements. Less power at the back means less hotspots and more power at the front reduces heat loss from the door.

What are the differences between the pizza and bakery decks?

Bakery decks have a higher crown, low powered elements and a specialist bakery stone. Whereas the pizza deck has powered elements, a lower crown & sandblasted cordierite stones.
