Declaration by Customer:
‍I confirm that the above item of equipment has been installed correctly by a suitably qualified engineer and that all appropriate checks have been made to ensure that there is an adequate power supply to the equipment and that any reset buttons have been pressed to establish that the equipment  has not simply tripped out. We also confirm that the equipment has been well maintained and cleaned to ensure good performance. All installation is correct as per manufacturers instruction as stated in the installation manual.

We agree that if the warranty call is carried out and no manufacturer’s fault is found or if an issue is found by misuse of the machine, to pay any costs associated with the visit, plus a £35.00 admin fee to LLK.

NB Light bulbs, glass components and base bricks are not covered by warranty.
